For DUI or DWUI suspensions, clearance requires completion of all court-ordered requirements: alcohol assessment, Wyoming Department of Health-approved 8-hour DUI education class, recommended treatment if any, and proof of SR-22 filing if required. You do not receive a new physical license card automatically — your existing card becomes valid again once reinstatement is recorded.
